Dispatch Policy

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. All orders are normally dispatched within 10-14 working days. If we are unable to despatch your order within 5 working days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of canceling the order. In the rare instance that we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you via e-mail to arrange a full refund or exchange to another item of your choice. We have every confidence you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the rare instance that this is not the case, you may return product for an exchange within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Shipping

Funky Muma ships all orders via Australia Post service. Shipping will be calculated and displayed during check out process. You can expect to receive your order within 1-6 working days from date of dispatch as advised. We offer standard and express shipping with or without insurance option.

International Orders

We will ship all international orders with Australia Post - Air. You will have several option to choose from (Express, Standard, Insurance etc.). All options will be available to choose during check out process.
If you are overseas and want to order for friends and relatives in Australia then this is not a problem, just enter your address as the 'billing address' and enter a separate delivery address. We do not declare items as gifts.

Return of Faulty Goods

We have every confidence you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the rare instance that this is not the case, you may return product for an exchange within 7 days of receipt of your order. Product must be in new condition (i.e. not used or laundered) and include original hang tags. You MUST contact us directly FIRST before returning merchandise.
Customer must bear both ways of the shipping charges. For domestic exchanges, a prepaid, self-addressed satchel must be inserted in the returned package. For international exchanges, please contact us for arrangements. Product/s must be returned to our office before we can send exchanged merchandise.

Please note all sales on discounted items, clearance items, discontinued products or seconds are final; no exchange or refund is allowed on these items.
Funky Muma only offers a refund for faulty or damaged goods.
