Dispatch Policy

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. All orders are normally dispatched within 2-5 working days, but it some instances it may take up to 14 working days. In the rare instance that we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you via e-mail to arrange a full refund or exchange to another item of your choice.

Exchange Policy

We have every confidence you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the rare instance that this is not the case, you may return the item/s for an exchange within 7 days of receipt of your order. Product must be in new condition (i.e. not used or laundered) , with swing tags attached and in the orginal bag. Please contact us via email FIRST before returning merchandise. tem/s must be returned to our office before we can send exchanged merchandise. Customer must bear both ways of the shipping charges. For domestic exchanges, please insert a prepaid, self-addressed express post satchel (500gm or 3kg depending on size)  in the returned package. For international exchanges, please contact us for arrangements.

Shipping

Funky Muma ships all orders via Australia Post service. Shipping will be calculated and displayed during check out process. You can expect to receive your order within 1-6 working days from date of dispatch as advised. We offer registered and express post shipping. Bulk postage discounts are offered, please send enquires to info@funkymuma.com This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. International Orders

We will ship all international orders with Australia Post - Registered Air. If you are overseas and want to order for friends and relatives in Australia then this is not a problem, just enter your address as the 'billing address' and enter a separate delivery address.

Return of Faulty Goods

In the rare instance that your purchase is faulty, you may return product for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of your order.
